Relief of Ramses I
Ramses I is the starter of the 19th dynasty, father of pharaoh Seti I and grandfather of Ramses II, better known as Ramses the Great. In this relief we see Ramses offering a statue of himself as “maker of monuments” to a symbol that represents the god Osiris. Behind the symbol of Osiris stands the god Horus with the titel “Horus, son of Osiris”. With her back to her son is Isis, standing on the far right side facing the other way. She is also standing opposite of another symbol that represents the god Osiris.
